What is Passport York?

Passport York is York's primary method of online authentication. You can use your Passport York username and password to log into York's online services and tools. Any member of the York community can get a Passport York account. Passport York determines which services you are able to access.

I forget or want to change my Passport York username. How do I do that?

• Go to the "Reset your password" application and follow the steps as though you are changing your password. At the end of the process your username will be displayed.

OR

• Send your request to accounts@yorku.ca using your York email account, or visit the helpdesk counter at the Computing Commons, located in the William Small Centre, with a piece of photo ID.

I don't have a Passport York account yet. How do I get one?

Passport York used to be called "MAYA". If you remember your MAYA username and password, these should still work. Alumni don't have access to all of the same applications that currently enrolled students do. You may be able to log into some applications ie."Tax Forms" but not others ie. "Manage My Services".
